Sorry, "Selling Agile Contract" should still be on the Schedule.  What is probably on the forthcoming Session Grid Writeup is . . .

Managing Agile Contracts

Presented by Paul Eisenberg, CSM  of   Applied Content, LLC

Paul last presented in June of 2012 on the topic “Applying Agile Lessons Beyond Software Engineering” which spoke about true life examples of applying Kanban, Lean and Agile methods in the Publishing industry.  Paul is back again to tell us of his latest successes (and failures) at changing industry norms from within both the service provider and the content provider.

What happened to:

- Selling Agile Contracts = Paul Eisenberg

I was looking forward to that one, especially since I suspect Paul was inspired by some of the arrangements I've had with my past clients that I described to him a few years ago.
