and the topic is Quality - Who cares?
The Downtown group meets on the 4th Weds of the month, and this meeting will be at
Thomson Reuters
Many AgilePhilly members will remember Mark Tomlinson’s talk in June 2014 . . . “Continuous Performance Testing – Does Speed Kill” . . . to include Performance Metrics in with your Quality Metrics in your Continuous Integration and Continuous Testing. Always a thought provoking theorist who can put his ideas into action, Mark will cover other areas of Agile for your shop.

Yes, I'm also seeing it as a 5pm start time when I download the .ICS file. Another attendee reported the issue to me today as well (he was also confused about the start time). I'll make an announcement about this issue tonight and investigate it this week. Thanks for letting us know.
Just to be clear, the start time is 6pm EST. See you there!
Usually, it is because the event is PAST the time change from Standard Time to Daylight Savings Time. This is a function of Outlook, and its settings on the PC, and from its viewpoint, the time is correct. The start time will be 6 PM LOCAL TIME.
For some reason when I add these events by downloading the ics, the event goes onto my calendar at 5 PM. (This caused me a bit of sadness last time, when I showed up an hour early and couldn't stay late.) Wondering if invitation needs fixing, or is it something weird with my iCal?
Please note the change in time for this event. Based on member feedback we've decided to move the meeting start time to 6pm instead of 6:30. This will be our new start time going forward.
6 - 6:30: Networking, Socializing, Pizza (provided by Thomas Reuters)
6:30 - 7:30: Presentation by Mark Tomlinson
