Abstract:
Dealing with Organizational Growing Pains: Change, while energizing for some, is painful for many. During this active session, we will solicit real obstacles to change from audience members and collaborate on creative solutions for these obstacles. Next we will look at organizational "low hanging fruit" for gradual process change. Finally, this session will help set a new understanding of the role that personal motivation for change plays in an organization's pace of change.

As backup, the event site is only about 3 miles from the Paoli Train Station, just so everyone knows. Drop me a line 24 hours beforehand if'n you need a shuttle from the Paoli Train Stn and back.
