Presented by Comcast representatives, John Bartholomew and Mike Bailey. Discussion will be about horizontal and vertical aspects of scaling Agile within the large, interconnected systems in use at Comcast Business Services, and in other organizations they have experience with inside and outside of Comcast. They will discuss the challenges they encountered rolling out agile, and some of the compromises they have had to make versus "pure" agile to accommodate
the business environment and agile maturity of individual teams. This will be an interactive presentation with audience participation
