Global Teams - Working Across Cultures
More and more agile efforts involve development teams and stakeholder groups dispersed throughout the world.
Distributed projects are more difficult to execute for obvious reasons, including time differences and language barriers, but cultural differences, and the lack of understanding them, create problems that no video conference, wiki, or international flight can solve.
You need to crack the culture code.
By cracking the culture code you can establish credibility, overcome communication barriers, create an environment of trust and get things done.
Come to this interactive session that has been honed by over a decade of delivery and learn how to work with international teams and execute successful projects across geographical and culture divides.
