There is a new Agile Leadership Certification from Scrum Alliance.

Member Don MacIntrye ( co-Founder of AgileDelaware )

will discuss Agile Leadership and the new Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) workshop available from the Scrum Alliance.

This talk focuses on how we as a community need to help better prepare our leaders for leading in agile environments.

As a consultant and exec, Don has led many agile transitions, from Fortune 100 companies to late-stage startups, and will share what a difference leadership can make in the success or failure of a transition.

This meeting is a discussion of what is Agile Leadership and the CAL certification offered by the Scrum Alliance.

In Part 2, we will also talk about how certifications impacts you in your job and in your career, and how prospective employers view Certifications.
