Combined Conditional Access Development (CCAD), is a unique
environment for Scrum, its a 50-50 venture between Comcast, the
largest cable operator in the United States, and Motorola, a global
supplier of cable equipment and mobile equipment and services.
CCAD is working on, among other things, next-gen CA systems and
multi-stream Cable CARDs based on Motorola's MediaCipher CA
technology.
This talk is about CCAD's struggles with co-development and how
Scrum helped. Mike will also talk about how Scrum helped internally
and how they are addressing Motorola process requirements.

* Make a right at the first driveway and find a parking spot.
* You are now located at the back of our building. Walk around to
the front of the building to enter. Take the elevator to the 2nd
floor.
