This talk will include five techniques to resolve and prevent costly mistakes.

Daniel Gullo has real world examples from his 8+ years coaching enterprise Agile Transformations.   Many of us know Daniel as founder of AgileDelaware, our sister group that meets in Wilmington.

Daniel has over 25 years experience from startups to multi-nationals across a variety of industries.  He is the conference chair of many Scrum Alliance events, clinics, etc.  He is currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Development.

At AgilePhilly, we have been Promoting Agile Ideas since 1776

AgilePhilly is a not-for-profit user group of volunteers in the Philadelphia area dedicated to better software development practices.

  • Our events are Free but you must RSVP.  We have Evening Meetings in the Western Suburbs, usually on the Third Tuesday.  They usually begin at 6:30 pm.  A sample agenda would be:
