 Many  organizations trying to become agile do not pay enough attention to the  underlying technical techniques that truly enable their agile projects  to succeed and excel, focusing more on Agile Events and  business-oriented artifacts.

Matt Miller, Director of Software Development at Itero Group, will delve into a variety of key technical  practices and techniques that organizations and projects should be applying to maximize their agile return and value.
