Agile & Organizational Transformation: Creating Optimal Conditions for Sustainable Agility
Getting a few projects to use agile practices can be challenging, but it is not nearly as hard as it is to get an entire organization to change from a waterfall culture to an agile one.
Ken France will present key organizational transformation practices that have helped many of our clients successfully adopt agile, not just as a project methodology, but as an organization-wide philosophy.
The biggest impediments to going agile are changing culture, fighting town hall, educating practitioners, proving an ROI for agile, increasing collaboration, and getting real resource commitment.
