How is it that the adoption of Agile over the last ten years has not led to consistent delivery of value? What are the convergent forces that have brought us to another tipping point in developing software solutions? What do you need to know about the digital transformation already afoot?
It’s important to recognize that the lean / agile mindset can be a powerful catalyst in the way we work. This presentation will weave familiar and new concepts into an approach for delivering valuable solutions to your clients faster. The key for product teams is to embrace being outcome-oriented, innovative, empowering, and iterative learners. The key for organizations is to invest in a value-driven portfolio that creates products people want to use.
There are a lot of concepts to absorb, but tonight, you will walk away with a commitment to make a single behavioral change.
Let’s start being agile rather than just doing Agile!
