Good two days! I particularly liked the session on overcoming fear of failure, using analogies to tell stories and help people evolve on their agile journey, and the experience report on Coaching where you live - coaching a company as their employee instead of their consultant. anyone else have sessions they just loved?

Ken Schwaber will be at the event doing a Manifesto Retrospective and fielding questions form the audience to kick off day too. Ken will also speaking on the future of Scrum later that day. We will be releasing the program next week.
