6:30 – 7:30p.m. - Establishing a Feature Level Kanban Board - Presented by Michiko Diby, Solution Architect with RALLY
Business demands come from different POs - all with the same prioritization and with varied flavors of readiness. Instead of being able to confidently commit to work in the planning stage, scrum teams are not able to estimate for lack of information or knowing they will be constantly interrupted by other demands during the iteration.
The end result is that people say 'agile doesn't deliver.'
Organizations are starting to address this problem through the use of a Feature Level Kanban board. It’s not the board really - but the process and methods behind using a board that bring the needed control and focus to business demands. It’s about establishing a process around Feature Maturation.
There will be a series of hands-on activities during this presentation
7:30 - 7:45 p.m. - Q & A;
