Please join Agile Philly in Downtown Center City for a talk by Jack Caine, an Enterprise Agile Transformation Coach and Program Consultant, writer, and President of Carmel Rush Inc.
Speaker Jack Caine will speak on transformation and advanced topics for the discerning leader in an Agile environment. We will explore and explain why 70% of transformations at the enterprise level fail the first time and what are some tools to change that trend.
Jack Caine of Florida is in Philly coaching a local company. He just published a blog article at the Linked-In Pulse eZine. It questions why "Commitment" is not in the Scrum Guide. Should we look to the unobtainable confluence of Commitment, Complexity and Optimization for more insight?
