Although not a usual "meeting", this talk may be of interest to many members. Penn State Great Valley (Rte 202 and 29 near Siemens) is having a short talk on the economic metaphors related to software modularity; real options and technical debts; the design rule theory and design structure matrix that can be used to visualize and assess a software modular structure; and the theoretical foundation and application of these techniques.
