This is a low-cost webinar to discuss Agile Release Planning and, within constraints, answer your questions about it. It will last no more than 30 minutes.
Date: Monday, January 7 and Tuesday Jan 8 for PART 2
Time: 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. We will start promptly.
(We may have another session if there are more questions. I suspect there will be more questions.)
We will have two sessions (January 7 and 8) on Agile Release Planning. The first will talk about the Context. In many ways this session explains the theory behind the practice, and it may also show you problems you have in your current situation.
The session is only 30 minutes, but I will give at least 7 minutes for questions. You may submit your questions in advance or at the time of the webinar. If you all have more questions than we can cover this session, we may have an additional session to cover some more questions.
This session sets up the second session, where we quickly give an overview of what we propose people do on the “Agile Release Planning” day.
