 \r\nThe first part of the presentation will discuss the Value of Agil
 e and how we can predict dates and manage a budget using Scrum and Kan
 ban.  The following points will be covered:\r\n\r\nWhy – why we sho
 uld even bother with using Agile.\r\nFundamentals – basic building b
 locks of an Agile approach.\r\nScrum Overview – basics of Scrum.\r\n
 Kanban Overview – basics of Kanban.\r\nEstimation – in order to pr
 edict dates, we need a lightweight way to estimate features.\r\nBudget
  and Schedule – basics of a budget and a delivery schedule.\r\nProgr
 ess and Scope Creep – we need to understand our progress and the eff
 ects new and changed features will have on budget and schedule.\r\n\r\
 n\r\nPART 2\r\nThe second part of the evening will walk through an end
 -to-end DevOps Pipeline using a very simple MVC application to see the
  following:\r\n• Make a change to the application using Visual Studi
 o. • Commit the change to a Sprint branch in Git. • See an Continu
 ous Integration build run in the sprint branch. • Release the change
  to the QA environment. • Test the change in the QA environment. •
  Perform a pull request from the Sprint Branch to the Master Branch. â
 €¢ Perform a code review. • See an Continuous Integration build run 
 in the master branch. • Release the change to the Staging Environmen
 t with approvals • Test the change in the Staging Environment • Sw
 ap the Staging slot with the Production slot with an approval. • Tes
 t the change in production. • Rollback the change to simulate a prod
