 ndation for a customer-centered culture with a strong emphasis on prob
 lem obsession. Jennifer’s background includes over 15 years in the f
 inance industry and 3 years in retail.\r\n\r\nJason Prunty , Senior M
 anager of User Experience, Billtrust\r\nJason arrived at UX Design by 
 way of electrical engineering, photography, and architecture. He is an
  experienced Design Leader with a diverse design foundation that inclu
 des working in industrial design, designing and building computers fro
 m scratch, and teaching architecture, photography, and User Experience
 . When Jason is away from the office, you might find him painting in h
 is workshop, inventing a new flavor of bagel in the kitchen, or challe
 nging his daughters to a game of chess.\r\n\r\nLauren Slattery , Head 
 of UX Strategy, O3 World\r\nLauren blends her passion for thoughtful u
