\r\nRSVP on this page. \r\nAnd keep your RSVP current.\r\n \r\n
Abstract:\r\nDo your customers seem to have an unending list of featur
es and stories they want the team to work on?\r\nDo they often switch
priorities on the team past the commitment point?\r\nDoes your team ke

changes?\r\n \r\nIn this talk, we will help you to understand why th
e creation of a good discovery process is a key to being able to help
the team work more efficiently with less context switching. We will re
view some real case study style examples of how discovery processes ha
ve helped existing teams deliver customer value faster.\r\n \r\nDurin
g the workshop, you will learn how to create your own discovery proces
ses and visualization tools that will help the team have crystal-clear
insight as to what work should be committed. In addition, we will tea
ch methods to influence both the team and customers, so you can take s
teps toward implementation as soon as you get back to work.\r\n \r\nB
ill and Bob are both Agile enthusiasts, Speakers, Coaches, Scrum Maste
rs and Accredited Kanban Trainers who have implemented and seen the va
lue of the discovery process in their careers using a variety of agile
methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LESS, to name a few).\r\n \r\n
\r\nLearning Outcomes:\r\nUnderstand the benefits of a good discovery
process\r\nDetermine how to balance customer demand with team capabili
ty\r\nDefine lead time and learn strategies to help decrease it\r\nLea
rn methods to promote the discovery process with your team and stakeho
lders\r\nBring something back to your job that can be implemented as s
oon as you return\r\n Our Presenters:\r\n\r\nBob English, who appeared
at AgilePhilly Conferences in Oct 2017 & April 2018.  In 2017, he pr
