 seem to have an unending list of features and stories they want the te
 am to work on?\r\nDo they often switch priorities on the team past the
  commitment point?\r\nDoes your team keep starting new work, but is ha
 ving a hard time finishing due to these changes?\r\n \r\nIn this talk
 , we will help you to understand why the creation of a good discovery 
 process is a key to being able to help the team work more efficiently 
 with less context switching. We will review some real case study style
  examples of how discovery processes have helped existing teams delive
 r customer value faster.\r\n \r\nDuring the workshop, you will learn 
 how to create your own discovery processes and visualization tools tha
 t will help the team have crystal-clear insight as to what work should
  be committed. In addition, we will teach methods to influence both th
 e team and customers, so you can take steps toward implementation as s

 itching from Scrum to Kanban” at Agile DC, Agile Delaware, Agile Sum
