Now, it may be workers participating in hackathons and collabora tions on Open Source projects outside the organization.One modern atti tude is that while making money is nice, the feeling of working toward a greater good becomes the driver for today's information worker.  A nd avenues internal to the company and outside may be in play for thes e workers.  Corporate mission statements reflecting this are in flux -
