 o take anything for granted, let's take the opportunity to pick apart 
 Scrum and attempt to establish our own framework and/or principals:\r\
 n \r\nSetting the stage: Anthony will share a brief journey as a game
  designer and why this led him to becoming a passionate Scrum Master f
 ocused on 'not simply going through the motions'.\r\n\r\n With that l
 esson in mind, we'll follow up with an exercise to challenge our own u
 se of Scrum by forming small, self-organized teams challenged with cre
 ating our own Agile framework or values based on our experience and fo
 undational principles.\r\nAbout our speaker: Anthony chose his career 
 at age six playing the first level of Super Mario Bros.\r\nSince then 
 he's had a career as a Game Designer, Software Developer and Scrum Mas
 ter for products involving companies such as the NFL, NBA, Apple Arcad
 e and FoxSports.\r\n\r\n Having worked with companies attempting the 
 Scrum Framework for about 12 years, Anthony has discovered the need to
  understand the \"why\" we do Scrum and Agile and not \"how\", and has
  been on a mission to help teams identify root causes to challenges in
  order to foster a culture of sustainable success.\r\nCurrently, he se
 rves as an Agile Coach for several teams attempting to help clinicians
  incorporate neurofeedback as part of their therapy sessions.\r\n-----
