With just those process frameworks, t eams can find themselves stuck facing some common challenges such as m ini-waterfalls, too much or too little documentation, and increasingly painful testing over time. Too many Agile teams are going through the motions and not getting the value they were hoping for. Behavior Dri ven Development, or BDD, is a collaboration approach for Agile teams t hat can solve these and other common challenges. In this session, we ’ll explore what BDD is and how it can help Agile teams overcome sev eral common challenges. \r\n \r\nRichard Lawrence is co-owner of the consulting firm Agile For All. He trains and coaches people to collab orate more effectively with other people to solve complex, meaningful problems. He draws on a diverse background in software development, en gineering, anthropology, and political science.\r\n\r\nRichard is a Sc rum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach and Certified Scrum Trainer, a s well as a certified trainer of the accelerated learning method, Trai ning from the Back of the Room.\r\n Richard was an early adopter of BD D and led the development of the first .NET version of Cucumber, Cuke4 Nuke.
